ART & ECO

The Experience of Art is a motor for change.

If it fails the common sense, if you turn your eyes away because it is better not to see if there are aspects of human rights that they forget or prefer to forget, if children are still enslaved by poverty and sometimes even their own parents , where do we go, where humanity is headed? Can we be happy surrounded by unhappiness?

Feel that others should enjoy life, laughing children play that opened its arms to the clouds, going to school, learn, relate carefree ...
But the terrible reality is that it does not. Not everywhere. We know there are children who are forced to beg and steal to gather and eat the other pull, children without schools and games, children without a home, street children without protection and affection, with ragged children Cold and hungry, sick children, children dying ...

No one wants for oneself poverty, disease, illiteracy, and we want without hesitation that people who love to have a better world. But then we can not consent (if such a world best), anyone who is outside. We try to build a beautiful home, stone by stone, brick by brick, shoulder to shoulder, a bright and warm haven of solidarity and love for children.

Extreme poverty, laziness, habits and customs, lack of hygiene and education, laziness and selfishness and social policy, contribute to this remains the case.

What I say here has been written ad nauseam, has been debated, have created many good intentions. But the reality is that very little effort, dedication, willingness to change: we still comfortably looking the other way while millions of children work as slaves in Asia, Latin America, and other levels throughout the world, for a miserable salary to help the poor family economy ... In Africa the figures are frightening, and some areas literally die of starvation between fluttering fly every second that passes. All this we know, but ...

This wake-up call to me will not slow down anything. Like everything will probably not change until the collective consciousness. But it will serve, together with the recent oil painting, as a complaint on this page. Be like a little contrast sensitivity from the staff to remember. To remind us of that.

Peace friends, and solidarity.

Teo Revilla Bravo.
